Extra, Extra: Epicureans Unite Over Luxury
Last April, Wine Luxury (WLX) embarked on an utterly unique journey: To bring you a complimentary luxury online experience as an alternative to the dreary world of digital wine shops and stuffy wine educational platforms. It is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of several new programs that will roll out in the upcoming months.
Wine & Dine Magazine
The first part of our journey began in November 2012 with the launch of WLX Wine & Dine, our complimentary digital magazine that explores the best in food, wine and culture. In our breakout issue, we spoke with Aaron Paul, co-star of the hit TV series Breaking Bad and interviewed Peter Granoff, one of the few Master Sommeliers in the Bay Area.
We raise the bar in February with our interview of one of the most iconic pop stars in rock history: Clue: He’s definitely not "Out of Touch." Oh, and did I mention that Wine & Dine talked exclusively to Mike Ditka? It’s all on tap in February.

Wine Hub and Wine Shoppe
This Summer, Wine Luxury is launching a Wine Shoppe and Wine Hub in an utterly stylized, modern digital setting.
Inside Wine Shoppe, you'll discover our bespoke wine collection, tasted and cherry-picked by our Sommelier Council. It’s never been easier for you to own the wines you love and have your very own expert "curators" helping with your selections. A limited number of fine wines will be featured in the Wine Shoppe each month.
Visit Wine Hub for a treasury of nonpareil California wines, chosen by our Sommelier Council. Our Somms search for quality, branding, and winemaking practices consistent with our high benchmarks. Use Wine Hub to learn every little detail about these wineries—and to help make your wine purchase. You’ll find that Wine Hub is also your source for events, wine club information, Wine Luxury member perks, and more.
Soirée: An Evening of Luxury Unveiled
Oh how we love a good party! Fitting then to kick-off Wine Shoppe and Wine Hub at our first public event, Soirée at San Francisco's landmark City Club. Keep April 26th open for us!
Stroll two floors where more than 20 of our favorite vintners will pour wines in a smashing masquerade-inspired affair. Designer luminary Lily Blue will reveal some of her dramatic fashions, and you'll score extra-luxe pours in both the VIP and Cigar Lounges. We promise a night to remember with live entertainment, dancing, hors d'oeuvres—all in the City Club's exquisite quarters. Come prepared to bid on luxury wine and lifestyle auction items to benefit Share Our Strength.

Wine Trials: Judgement of San Francisco
In summer, watch for another unique event, Wine Trials: Judgment of San Francisco. Influenced by the Judgment of Paris and my career as a trial attorney, we'll see if a panel of 12 "jurors" can differentiate an $850 bottle of wine from a superb $50 bottle in a blind taste test led by Master Sommelier Peter Granoff. Watch the drama unfold online as panelists vie for a $1,000 prize while tasting over $12,000 worth of wine. Join our jury on our Application Page.
